Features: Upward Cutting The new cutting mechanism and larger cut base allows multiple rolls to be cut at once. Rolls with toppings, like Rainbow Rolls, can be cut with toppings already placed. Interchangeable Blade Frames Different frames which hold different amounts of blades (6, 8, 10 pc) are easily swappable to make different amounts of sushi pieces. Easy Assembly/Disassembly The ASM260A has only 4 removable parts that are easy to disassemble and reassemble to clean.
