I am still waiting for a full refund. Customer service was awful , non existent (no one responded). I explicityly ordered a Gray Hand Vac (not the white one in the picture) and asked them not to send the vac if they don't have Gray. I noticed that when I chose the gray at checkout, it defaulted to the Coral so immediately wrote to customer service to ask them to promptly cancel the order if they indeed do not have Gray. They completely ignored my request and sent me the wrong color anyway. What kind of establishment is this . I feel duped.
