Improved heat resistance and more regular temperature rise. It still offers an optimum resistance to abrasion as well as a reinforced non-stick and slip qualities. The steel handle is firmly riveted. Do not heat on its own or overheat. Avoid temperature shocks. Do not use metal objects in the cookware.
