As you can see from the pictures below, I used the Huel Shaker Bottle to prepare my first ever Huel sample. I added 600ml of water, with the 100g sample, and shook vigorously for 20 seconds. Probably longer actually, as I really wanted to avoid lumps, ironically. Even after sieving it (as in the second photo) you can see it is still ridiculously lumpy (the last photo).
